PT Julie Adelman has spent the last 15 years working with the pediatric population. Julie received her BS from Boston University in 2001 and her MS in Physical Therapy from BU in 2003.  She received her DPT from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2010, in the pediatric focused program.   Julie spent 9 years working as a PT at NYU Langone Medical Center, begining in 2003; she worked in the pediatric program for 7 years. She worked with children of all ages in the acute care hospital as well as the rehabilitation hospital. Julie has experiences in the neonatal intensive care unit, pediatric intensive care unit, inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient units.  Julie’s love for working with infants and toddlers developed while she was at NYU. 

Since moving to NJ in late 2012, Julie has been working at school districts as well as in early intervention with children 0-3 years of age. Julie is married with 2 young boys, and is happy to be at Pediatric Potentials to share her love for helping babies and young children to develop, move and grow.
