RESPONSE TO COVID 19
Keeping You Safe
- Everyone entering the office will have temperature checks using a non-contact thermometer and be asked a series of screening questions.
- We will have a virtual waiting room. This means we will either pick up the child from your vehicle or only one adult will be permitted to come directly into the treatment room and remain in the treatment room for the duration of the session. You will be required to leave promptly after session.
- No siblings will be allowed.
- All adults (and where possible children) will be required to wear masks.
- Everyone will be required to wash hands or use sanitizer upon entering the offices. Hand hygiene is extremely important!
- Children and adults will be required to social distance from those other than therapist and will not share treatment rooms simultaneously.
Keeping Our Space Clean
- We will implement staggered session times to minimize the amount of people in the space and allow for ample time for sanitation between sessions.
- Treatment rooms will be used by one patient at a time. Children and adults will be required to socially distance from everyone other than our therapists.
- All surfaces and toys will be sanitized after each treatment session.
- The offices, including doorknobs and light switches, will be cleaned at least daily.
These policies and procedures will be strictly followed.
